The High School Girls' Volleyball Team is going to State!
We will dismiss all the students Friday, November 6th, Kindergarten through 12th grade, to go home with the 11:30 a.m. dismissal schedule. We will run Friday morning classes, including the morning 4K. The 4K classes will go home on their usual 10:50 a.m. schedule. The buses will be at the elementary schools at 11:10 a.m. and at the High School/Middle School at 11:30 a.m. The Food Service Program will offer Grab and Go Meals for lunch.
H1N1 Flu Clinic at Sauk Prairie Schools
The H1N1 clinics scheduled for Black Hawk, Tower Rock, Spruce St, Merrimac and Grand Ave have been canceled due to lack of available vaccine at this time. Please watch for further updates regarding rescheduling or canceling of further clinics.
Students who attend the Middle and High Schools may have their clinics canceled or postponed.
H1N1 shot clinics are scheduled for the dates listed below.
Please return completed and signed permission forms to your child's school to reserve a dose.
Students will not be given the H1N1 vaccination unless the student has a signed parental authorization form. There must be a separate signed form for each student. There is a link to all of the forms and information below. At this time this clinic is only for Sauk Prairie School District Students.
Wednesday, November 18: Middle School 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Thursday, November 19: High School 9:00 AM - 2:30 PM
