 About Edgewood

Edgewood School was built in 1964 and is a part of the School District of Greenfield. The Edgewood Staff serves a student body of approximately 350 students.  Edgewood offers classes from 4 year-old Kindergarten through 5th grade.  The building was updated and an addition was built in 2004.  At that time, classrooms were added, a cafeteria was built, and air conditioning was installed.  Edgewood is located at the corner of South 47th Street and Layton Avenue, next to Konkel Park.

Edgewood Mission Statement

Therefore, we will work collaboratively to ensure all students learn necessary academic skills. We will also strive to create an atmosphere that instills a love of learning, while cultivating social and emotional growth.
