You’re invited to Northstar’s 6^th Annual

National History Day Open House!

8^th grade student’s projects will be on display on Monday, February 22 from 6:00-8:00 p.m., upstairs in the LMC. Our 8^th graders have put an immense amount of time, effort, and brain power into producing many historical exhibits, papers, documentaries, and webpages. Photo Contest

We are pleased to announce the 3rd Annual imageide@s Digital Photography Contest for Wisconsin students in grades 6 - 12. Our exclusive sponsor, Wisconsin Education Association Council (WEAC), is providing numerous iPod Touches and iPod Nanos as prizes.

In the past two years we have seen stunningly beautiful photographs submitted by students from around the state. Many of these photos capture the essence of Wisconsin's landscape, culture and commerce.

Did you know that because of our great relationship with Special Olympics we are an EVENT SPONSOR of the Polar Plunge? This means our NORTHSTAR logo is on all media.

Please join us for our 7^th annual Polar Plunge to help raise funds for Special Olympics. There are two types of plunges this year: The original Freezin’ For A Reason …the mind numbing one and only real jump into Half Moon Lake or the new Chicken Dip …still part of the team but stay warm and dry by dipping a finger or toe.
