 I have had the prividlege of teaching K-6 students at Amherst since 2008.

I attended and graduated from Winneconne High School in Winneconne, Wisconsin in 1993. I became a nursing assistant right out of high school and then added phlebotomy to my skill set. Becoming a phlebotomist enabled me to return to higher education at the age of 25 to the University of Wisconsin, Oshkosh to achieve my teaching degree in art. I graduated from the University with Cum Laude status with two degrees; one, Bachelor's of Science Art Education and the second, Bachelor's of Fine Art, Printmaking.
